Food
Get some maindish meals on hands easy to cook or cook ahead and freeze so they are ready to go. Casserole, spagetti, soups etc. You want to have time to enjoy this new little one and adjust to each other. You have waited 9 months. Have something dad can heat up or all the ingredients for his special dinner that he likes to cook. Pancakes can even work with some fruit and eggs. Give yourself this time away from preparing meals a little bit to welcome this new little one into the family. You will really appreciate that you did this for you and your baby beforehand.

We would like to thank the Stake Enrichment Committee for holding this meeting and for all the wonderful information.
